The Philosophy: Chronic pain often stems from "trigger points"—small, hyper-irritable spots within the muscle tissue that can cause discomfort not just where they are located, but also in seemingly unrelated parts of the body. This treatment is a focused clinical intervention designed to identify these points and manually reset the muscle's resting tone. How This Treatment Supports Your Recovery: Deactivating Trigger Points: Using precise, sustained pressure, we target the "hidden knots" responsible for radiating pain and stiffness. By releasing these points, we help restore normal blood flow to the muscle and "switch off" the persistent pain signals being sent to your brain. Myofascial Release: Instead of just working on the surface, this technique addresses the deeper layers of connective tissue (fascia). This helps break up long-term "stickiness" in the tissues, improving your overall flexibility and making movement feel smoother and less restricted. Cancellation Policy
Service Terms and Conditions. ​Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice - operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. ​Lateness Policy: At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice, I aim to serve all my clients. I kindly ask that clients arrive on time for scheduled appointments, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in your appointment being cancelled and a charge of the full-service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. ​Cancellation Policy: ​Full Prepayment will be required at the time of bookings being accepted, please pay these invoices within 48 hours of the invoice being accepted to deter no-shows and ensure a more seamless transaction unless a separate payment method has been discussed.​ At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice I recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, I kindly ask that clients provide at least 24' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This policy enables me to better serve all my clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made before the 24-hour grace period will not incur any fees. You can reschedule at no additional cost. be aware payments are non-refundable, as they account for my lost time that could have been spent with other clients. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment result in a cancellation fee equal to the full payment amount, and an invoice will be emailed.
