By blending acoustic guidance, fluid rhythmic bodywork, and somatic tools, we signal to your nervous system that it is safe to enter deep cellular repair. The Three Stages of Your Decompression Journey: Stage 1: Acoustic Mind-Unwinding (30 Minutes) We begin with an immersive, vocalized relaxation sequence. Using soft vocal tracking and ambient auditory frequencies, guiding you through grounding techniques to pull you entirely "out of your head." This actively slows a racing heart rate and quiets persistent mental chatter. Stage 2: The Flow (45 Minutes) Next, we transition into a hypnotic Lomi Lomi massage. Unlike traditional techniques this style utilizes long, continuous, flowing forearm strokes that mirror ocean waves. This movement coaxes your muscles to let go of structural tension without pain. Stage 3: Cranial Neural Quiet (The Finish) We conclude with an intentional focus on the scalp, neck, and cranium. Using exceptionally gentle movements and soft sensory tools, we soothe the sensitive nerve endings across your skull, leaving you in a state of absolute, quiet stillness. Extending Your Sanctuary to Your Own Bed: To ensure this deep state follows you home: Your Meditation Archive: A digital link to the vocal tracking used in Stage 1, allowing you to play it in your own bed whenever you need help drifting off. Booking & Sanctuary Guidelines: A Private, Female-Only Environment: To ensure absolute safety, total privacy, and a quiet, undisturbed environment, Dimples operates strictly as a women-only home studio. Unlock Member Autonomy: We highly recommend registering as a Site Member before booking. Site Members gain full, 24/7 self-service dashboard control to easily manage, reschedule, or cancel appointments around their health flare-ups.
Cancellation Policy
Service Terms and Conditions. ​Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice - operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. ​Lateness Policy: At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice, I aim to serve all my clients. I kindly ask that clients arrive on time for scheduled appointments, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in your appointment being cancelled and a charge of the full-service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. ​Cancellation Policy: ​Full Prepayment will be required at the time of bookings being accepted, please pay these invoices within 48 hours of the invoice being accepted to deter no-shows and ensure a more seamless transaction unless a separate payment method has been discussed.​ At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice I recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, I kindly ask that clients provide at least 24' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This policy enables me to better serve all my clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made before the 24-hour grace period will not incur any fees. You can reschedule at no additional cost. be aware payments are non-refundable, as they account for my lost time that could have been spent with other clients. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment result in a cancellation fee equal to the full payment amount, and an invoice will be emailed.
