A Ritual for Better Sleep & Recovery
Service Description
The Philosophy: If your brain feels like it has "too many tabs open," it’s nearly impossible to fall into a deep, restful sleep. The Evening Embrace is a multi-step experience designed to help your body and mind safely "power down." We use sound, rhythmic touch, and sensory tools to signal to your brain that the workday is over and it’s time for deep repair. The Journey: Step 1: Unwinding the Mind (30 Minutes) We begin with a guided "talk-down" session. Using a soft voice and calming background music, this will guide you through a relaxation technique that helps you "get out of your head" and back into your body. This phase is designed to slow your heart rate and quiet the mental chatter from your day. Step 2: The 'Ocean Wave' Massage (45 Minutes) Next, we move into a Lomi Lomi massage. Unlike traditional massages that can sometimes feel "poking" or "prodding," this style uses long, continuous, flowing strokes that feel like waves moving over your body. This rhythmic movement tricks your muscles into letting go of tension without any discomfort, helping you feel physically lighter and completely relaxed. Step 3: The Scalp & Sensory Quiet (The Finish) We finish with a focus on the scalp and head. Using very gentle movements and soft tools, we target the sensitive nerve endings on your head. This provides a final "safety signal" to your nervous system, leaving you in a state of quiet calm, perfectly prepared for a night of rest. Continuing the Calm at Home: To make sure you don't lose that relaxed feeling the moment you leave, you’ll take a piece of the experience with you: Sleep-Support Tea: A special blend of herbs to enjoy right before bed. Your Meditation Link: You’ll receive a private link to the guided talk-down from your session, so you can listen to it in your own bed whenever you need help drifting off.
Cancellation Policy
Service Terms and Conditions. ​Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice - operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. ​Lateness Policy: At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice, I aim to serve all my clients. I kindly ask that clients arrive on time for scheduled appointments, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in your appointment being cancelled and a charge of the full-service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. ​Cancellation Policy: ​Full Prepayment will be required at the time of bookings being accepted, please pay these invoices within 48 hours of the invoice being accepted to deter no-shows and ensure a more seamless transaction unless a separate payment method has been discussed.​ At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice I recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, I kindly ask that clients provide at least 24' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This policy enables me to better serve all my clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made before the 24-hour grace period will not incur any fees. You can reschedule at no additional cost. be aware payments are non-refundable, as they account for my lost time that could have been spent with other clients. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment result in a cancellation fee equal to the full payment amount, and an invoice will be emailed.
