The Philosophy: We often carry our entire day in our upper body—clenched jaws, tight shoulders, and a heavy-feeling head. This treatment treats your head, neck, and face as one connected "command centre." By combining a specialized scalp and shoulder session with a professional facial, we aim to clear away physical tension and mental clutter at the same time. What This Treatment Does for You: Releasing the 'Tension Triangle': We focus on the shoulders, the back of the neck, and the base of the skull. These are the areas that work overtime when we are stressed. Loosening these muscles can help reduce that "tight band" feeling around the head and provide relief from frequent headaches. Quieting a Busy Brain: The scalp massage uses rhythmic movements to help increase blood flow and encourage your mind to finally "switch off." It’s designed to help you move out of a state of constant worrying and into a space of deep clarity and stillness. Refreshing Your Skin’s Health: Stress doesn't just stay in your muscles; it shows up on your skin, too. Because your skin is unique, I include a full facial using products picked specifically for what your skin needs right now. Whether your skin feels dry, tired, or irritated, this part of the session helps restore its natural, healthy balance. You leave the session not only feeling physically lighter in your shoulders but with a clear mind and glowing, healthy skin.
Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
