Service Description
Cellular Energy for Skin Health The Science: LED therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to "recharge" your skin cells. Much like photosynthesis in plants, this light energy triggers a biological response within your cells to accelerate repair, calm inflammation, and improve overall skin function. It is a painless, evidence-based treatment that enhances any clinical facial or serves as a powerful standalone recovery session. Wavelengths: Red (Rejuvenation): Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. Ideal for structural support, softening fine lines, and improving the skin's overall resilience. Blue (Clarifying): Targets and neutralizes acne-causing bacteria within the pores. Effectively calms active breakouts and prevents future congestion without irritation. Green (Brightening): Regulates melanin production to address hyper-pigmentation and sun spots, resulting in a more even and balanced skin tone. Yellow (Soothing): Specifically calibrated for sensitive or reactive skin. Reduces redness and flushing, making it an excellent support for those managing Rosacea. Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
