Reflexology is a professional method of using specific touch on the feet to send calming signals to your internal organs and brain. It isn't just a foot massage; it’s a focused session designed to help your body’s internal systems communicate better and return to a state of balance. How This Supports Your Health: Switching Off the 'Stress Alarm': When we are constantly stressed, our body stays in a "fight or flight" mode, which can be exhausting. I focus on specific points that act like a volume knob for your stress hormones. By calming these areas, we help your body switch into "rest and repair" mode, which is essential for true healing. Managing Pain & Clearing the System: By working on the areas of the feet linked to your spine and your body's natural drainage (the lymphatic system), we help the body move away stiffness and "brain fog." This is a gentle way to encourage your body to clear out the waste that often causes inflammation and aches. Supporting Sleep & Digestion: Many people living with long-term or "invisible" illnesses find their sleep and gut health are the first things to suffer. This treatment focuses on the parts of the body responsible for a happy stomach and a deep night’s sleep, helping you feel more rested and physically comfortable. Practice Notes: Tailored For You: Every session starts with a short chat about how you are feeling that day, so I can adjust the treatment to exactly what your body needs. Safety First: This clinical session is not suitable if you are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
