Service Description
The Philosophy: Chronic pain is rarely just physical; it is a feedback loop between the body and the brain. This two-hour intensive protocol is designed to break that loop. By combining upper-body myology (muscle work) with neurological reflexology, we address pain from both the top-down and bottom-up. Phase 1: We begin with targeted therapeutic work on the "Tension Triangle"—the back, neck, and shoulders. Using moderate pressure and rhythmic flow, we release postural adhesions and encourage blood flow to the areas most affected by daily stress. This phase concludes with a deep scalp release to quiet the "mental chatter" of the central nervous system. Phase 2: Thermal Integration & Ocular Rest As your body enters a state of relaxation, a gentle warming mask is applied to the orbital area. This encourages the tiny muscles around the eyes and forehead to release, further signaling to the brain that it is safe to down-regulate. Phase 3: Thermal Reflexology & Systemic Balance, the session moves to the feet for an advanced Reflexology protocol. By integrating the ached away heated scraper the heat penetrates deep into the reflex points, accelerating the relaxation response. This phase focuses on rebalancing the body’s internal systems—improving digestion, supporting sleep cycles, and grounding your energy.
Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
