Experience a biological intervention for chronic stress and pain. We begin by cocooning you in the Nebula Infrared Sauna Blanket. This medical-grade heat penetrates deep into the joints and muscles for 45 minutes to trigger a cellular detox and lower cortisol levels before the manual therapy even begins. Post-heat, you have the option of a refreshing quick shower or a gentle, warm-mitt aromatherapy cleanse. the timing for this is included in the treatment time. Once your tissues are primed and warm, I utilize the Heated Achedaway Scraper. Unlike cold, aggressive clinical tools, this feels like a warm 'comb' for your muscles, effectively breaking up stagnant fascia and restoring blood flow without the bruising intensity of traditional methods. This is paired with a medium-to-firm Swedish massage, which can be upgraded to Deep Tissue with Trigger Point Release depending on your specific needs (see add ons) Throughout your session, Red Light Therapy works at a deep cellular level to quench the systemic inflammation caused by stress.

Service Terms and Conditions. ​Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice - operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. ​Lateness Policy: At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice, I aim to serve all my clients. I kindly ask that clients arrive on time for scheduled appointments, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in your appointment being cancelled and a charge of the full-service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. ​Cancellation Policy: ​Full Prepayment will be required at the time of bookings being accepted, please pay these invoices within 48 hours of the invoice being accepted to deter no-shows and ensure a more seamless transaction unless a separate payment method has been discussed.​ At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice I recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, I kindly ask that clients provide at least 24' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This policy enables me to better serve all my clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made before the 24-hour grace period will not incur any fees. You can reschedule at no additional cost. be aware payments are non-refundable, as they account for my lost time that could have been spent with other clients. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment result in a cancellation fee equal to the full payment amount, and an invoice will be emailed.
