Service Description
Teenage skin is in a state of rapid transition. Rather than aggressive "scrubbing," this treatment focuses on protecting the skin barrier and regulating the nervous system, combining clinical skin health with stress-reduction techniques to address both the physical and emotional aspects of adolescent skin changes. Involving a deep yet non-invasive cleanse and gentle steam to open pores without causing trauma to the skin followed by rhythmic facial massage designed to encourage lymphatic drainage (reducing puffiness) followed by a bespoke, age-appropriate hydration mask. While the mask sets, a Self-Heating Thermotherapy Eye Treatment is applied to relieve digital eye strain and encourage deep stillness, while receiving a relaxing scalp massage. The treatment concludes with the application of a non-comedogenic, lightweight moisturizer tailored to their specific skin type, along with a discussion on the importance of daily UV protection for long-term skin health. Getting Ready for Your Treatment: To help us dive straight into your skin health, please arrive with a fresh, clean face. We suggest wearing a comfortable top with a wide neckline so we can easily work on your neck and shoulders. For our younger clients, a parent or guardian must accompany you to the first session
Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
