Target Age: 13 – 17 Years Old Adolescent skin is in a state of rapid transition. Rather than using aggressive, stripping treatments, this protocol focuses on protecting the delicate skin barrier while regulating an overstimulated nervous system. By combining gentle clinical skin health with targeted stress-reduction techniques, we address both the physical and emotional aspects of teenage skin changes. The Renewal Protocol: Deep Ultrasonic Purification: A gentle, non-invasive cleanse paired with light steam to soften the skin and clear pores without causing cellular trauma or triggering inflammation. Lymphatic Facial Massage: A soothing, rhythmic massage designed to stimulate localized lymphatic drainage, actively reducing facial puffiness and calming skin reactivity. Bespoke Hydration & Ocular Rest: Application of an age-appropriate, barrier-repairing mask. While the botanicals absorb, a self-heating thermotherapy eye mask is applied to melt away digital eye strain from screen time, paired with a relaxing scalp massage. Targeted Protection Finish: The session concludes with an application of lightweight, non-comedogenic hydration tailored to their exact skin type, alongside a brief, educational discussion on the vital importance of daily UV defence. Important Safeguarding & Preparation Guidelines: Arrival Note: To maximize treatment time, please ensure your teen arrives with a fresh, clean face, wearing a comfortable top with a wide or loose neckline. Chaperone Requirement: To ensure complete safety and comfort, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the treatment room at all times. Mandatory Consent: A physical parental consent disclaimer must be signed upon arrival by the attending guardian before the session can begin. Booking & Sanctuary Guidelines: A Private, Female-Only Environment: To ensure absolute safety, total privacy, and a quiet, undisturbed environment, Dimples operates strictly as a women-only home studio. Unlock Member Autonomy: We highly recommend registering as a Site Member before booking. Site Members gain full, 24/7 self-service dashboard control to easily manage, reschedule, or cancel appointments around their health flare-ups.
Cancellation Policy
Service Terms and Conditions. ​Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice - operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. ​Lateness Policy: At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice, I aim to serve all my clients. I kindly ask that clients arrive on time for scheduled appointments, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in your appointment being cancelled and a charge of the full-service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. ​Cancellation Policy: ​Full Prepayment will be required at the time of bookings being accepted, please pay these invoices within 48 hours of the invoice being accepted to deter no-shows and ensure a more seamless transaction unless a separate payment method has been discussed.​ At Dimples Bodywork & Recovery Practice I recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, I kindly ask that clients provide at least 24' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This policy enables me to better serve all my clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made before the 24-hour grace period will not incur any fees. You can reschedule at no additional cost. be aware payments are non-refundable, as they account for my lost time that could have been spent with other clients. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment result in a cancellation fee equal to the full payment amount, and an invoice will be emailed.
